In its Enterprise Content and Collaboration in the Cloud study, APQC examined how organizations select vendors and solutions for cloud-based KM, along with the selection criteria most closely associated with successful implementations. Two vendor-related practices were statistically linked to better outcomes: paying attention to peer feedback during the selection process, and working in close partnership with the chosen vendor.
