At APQC’s 2016 Process Conference Rockwell Collins introduced attendees on how how to leverage APQC's methodology, the Process Classification Framework®, and prioritization technique to identify customer pain points. Rockwell Collins connected how their partnership with APQC led their organization into root cause analysis to understand their systemic problems and how this has set them up for their clean sheet design for a future state transformation. Additionally, this session discussed the process and lessons learned from the successful implementation and adoption.
