Leverage Analytics to Enhance Search Results and Content Recommendations
Interest in Big Data is making its way into content and knowledge management (KM) programs, as evidenced by the best-practice organizations in APQC's Connecting People to Content study. Most of the featured organizations track what employees search for and how they interact with content. By analyzing this data, the firms are able to optimize their search functions and, in some cases, deliver custom content recommendations targeted to individual employees' needs.
