KM Expert Stan Garfield and APQC Outline Building Blocks of Engaging Communities
Many organizations have communities of practice, but comparatively few achieve dynamic, impactful communities that continue to interest members and deliver value over time. At APQC’s 2018 KM Conference, APQC Principal Research Lead Lauren Trees partnered with KM author and expert Stan Garfield to describe some fundamentals for designing and managing “sticky” communities that become part of members’ daily work routines.
