Involve In-House Training in Knowledge Retention and Transfer Efforts

In-house training is sometimes criticized as irrelevant and out-of-sync with current technical or market trends. At best-practice organizations, knowledge management (KM) teams are helping to improve the quality of training by partnering with in-house training functions and integrating the insights and expertise collected through KM into training courses and resources.

This article describes the partnerships between KM and training functions at NASA, the Aerospace Corporation, and Michelin North America.
