Many organizations are rethinking their approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), including how they can curtail bias and encourage diverse voices and perspectives. But few have explored how knowledge management can contribute to DEI aspirations or how KM teams can incorporate their organizations’ DEI aspirations into knowledge-sharing platforms and activities. In this interactive roundtable, Teach for America and others shared their thoughts and experiences about how KM can support DEI and antiracism goals inside organizations.
