Presenter Beatrice Le Moing, KM program manager discussed Schneider Electric's methodology to deploy its successful project lessons learned program. She also discussed the importance of identifying and appointing key roles, setting explicit business goals, and initiating a process before rolling out an IT tool, as well as addressing the change management side of implementing a lessons learn program, including using a community of practice to support process adoption and helping stakeholders perceive immediate value.
