How Process Programs Stack Up: Comparative by Primary Purpose
APQC conducted a survey to understand business process management programs’ practices, strategies, and resources. The survey used APQC’s Seven Tenets of Process Management as a structure for assessing key areas such as governance, strategy, change, improvement, measurement, tools, and models.
This report provides a comparative of program practices based on the primary purpose of their program: strategic support, culture of continuous improvement, or understanding through documentation. For more information, download the the overall survey summary report.
