As HR shared services organizations mature, they require different kinds of contributions from HR shared services employees. In this APQC webinar, guest speaker Anshu Gupta talks about how Swedish telecommunications company Ericsson organizes its shared services team and manages changing skill sets and competencies. Ericsson has received multiple awards and achieved the highest level of maturity certification for its HR shared services operations.
