How Accessible Is Information and Expertise?
In addition to physical work space, time and location flexibility, and collaboration tools, access to relevant information in a timely matter is also a key factor to productivity success now and even in the future of work. In September 2016, 1,046 people participated in APQC’s Envisioning the Workspace of the Future survey. The research was designed to help organizations understand how looming technological and cultural shifts may influence their priorities and investments. 241 of the survey participants were from process and performance management functions (e.g., process, performance, project, and quality management).
