A key finding from APQC’s Putting Knowledge in the Flow of Work Best Practices Study is that, if you want employees to do something, you have to make it easy. By providing tools, templates, and human facilitators, best-practice organizations go out of their way to enable staff members to contribute ideas, knowledge, and lessons.
