APQC recently conducted a benchmarking study exploring how selected organizations adopted and support Agile—an iterative, collaborative, customer-centric project management paradigm. This article examines the role of sponsorship, the skills and responsibilities of Agile support teams and coaches, and how firms estimate the need for Agile support.
