“Just enough, just in time, just for me” is not only a sign of the times we live in but also speaks volumes to the amount of information and content people have to wade through to find what they are looking for. According to APQC research, less than one in four participants rated their organization’s content management as effective, whereas 43 percent said their firm was minimally or not at all effective at managing enterprise content. APQC and the 2016–2017 KM Advanced Working Group took on the challenge of creating a rich, knowledge-laden experience tailored to the user, using the most relevant data and information to enable work and thought leadership. In this presentation APQC’s Cindy Hubert and Darcy Lemons provided a fresh look at the innovative approaches that will help curate content and the technologies that will better position organizations to anticipate the needs of and deliver content to its users.
