As the oldest continuously running architecture firm in the country, Shepley Bulfinch is no stranger to knowledge transfer; however, many practices were undocumented and didn't take advantage of modern technology. In 2016, Shepley Bulfinch began to experiment with simple and effective processes for identifying, collecting, and transferring tacit knowledge. This presentation tells the story of Shepley Bulfinch's learning journey and the strategies and tactics it found to be most successful.
