At APQC's 2015 Process Conference, Ranjana Chauhan and Tushar Joshi, both functioning as group leader, delivery risk management with Infosys, spoke on how they helped create a risk management repository within the company. Started in 1981 as a small consultancy and IT services provider in India, Infosys has grown to a large, multi-national company with approximately 187,000 employees worldwide.

Chauhan and Joshi provided the following presentation based on their work, highlighting why Infosys needed a risk management repository and the process to create a dynamic and easy to use system that retained its relevancy after being established.
