In the fall of 2020 through spring of 2021, APQC partnered with Paul Walker, Ph.D., Schiro/Zurich Chair in Enterprise Risk Management at St. John’s University, as the subject matter expert leading this research project to understand current practices and tools for enterprise risk management (ERM) at organizations and how these practices are evolving in light of the pandemic. This is the 5th study in APQC’s body of research on ERM. This study involved both survey and case study interviews. This report summarizes the survey frequencies for all respondents across all industries in the survey.
