Enhancing Cyber Risk Preparedness: Linking to the PCF

In its work with a multinational enterprise, Deloitte & Touche supported the creation of a model that incorporated process management and security assessment. This presentation describes how the project led to a methodology that combined business process risk assessment, information classification, and the establishment of business access roles. The following slides were used during the presentation at APQC's 2015 Process Conference.
