Embedding Knowledge Capture and Transfer in the Flow of Work

Many organizations are still struggling to establish comprehensive, systematic processes for knowledge capture and transfer and to embed those processes in the workflow. However, best-practice organizations explicitly integrate KM activities such as community participation and lessons learned reuse into day-to-day work processes so that employees think of knowledge sharing as part of their jobs.
