Deloitte is in the process of implementing a new people-to-people tool in the Nordics—across five geographies and five service lines—which requires advanced change management skills. This presentation shares lessons learned from the project related to clarifying the purpose, the importance of leadership commitment and involvement, having a clear and structured process, knowing the functionality of the technical tool, training and identifying super users, communicating and promoting the value, and following up and managing the tool. The presentation also discusses dealing with cultural differences during a KM implementation.
