Developing and Capturing Deep Smarts
Knowledge continuity depends upon the ability to identify, capture, and cascade through the organization critical business knowledge, which Professor Dorothy Leonard has coined “deep smarts.” Of course, much of this knowledge is tacit, undocumented, and often not even articulated.
