In 2020, APQC partnered with Ernie Humphrey, CEO of Treasury Webinars, to conduct a study based on both a survey (N=246) as well as interviews focused on what success looks like for treasury in the ‘next normal’ (e.g., post pandemic and beyond) and to identify the key drivers of treasury success.
