Learn how Cy-Fair ISD—the 3rd largest school district in Texas and 22nd in the nation—took on the challenge of improving their technology service request process, among others. Results? Reduced open technology service requests by 76%, increased customer satisfaction to 92%, and reduced the technology service request cycle time by 91%.
