In June 2013, APQC embarked on its Recruiting and Developing Talent in the Supply Chain study to investigate leading organizations’ talent management practices and discover what organizations are doing to fill talent gaps and prepare new supply chain professionals.
This white paper contains insights from survey responses collected from 167 organizations that represented more than 40 different industries. It also provides organizations with the necessary information to identify and fill talent skills gaps that exist in the supply chain management function.
