During APQC’s July 2016 KM Community Call, APQC’s Darcy Lemons and Lauren Trees described APQC's knowledge mapping technique and showed how it can help organizations structure knowledge by workflow, making it easier for employees to find exactly what they need to help them with a particular task or process step. As part of this discussion, they demonstrated using APQC’s MosaiQ™ to document a business process and link relevant knowledge to each step so that it’s organized and easily accessible.
