Deloitte LLP is the U.S. member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, one of the Big Four firms. Deloitte and its subsidiaries operate from more than 100 offices across the United States, employing approximately 56,000 professionals. Deloitte’s Postdigital Enterprise team implemented a gamification campaign titled “Own the Disruption” as a way to get practitioners to engage more in the organization’s business practices. This case study looks at how Deloitte developed its gamification model, and how its practitioners participated in the campaign.
