Changing Culture and Driving Engagement with the Community Roundtable

Everyone wants engagement—but few know how to define it. This makes it a challenge to pursue, measure, prompt, and reward. According to Rachel Happe, co-founder and principal at The Community Roundtable, many organizations compound the difficulties of engagement and cultural change by focusing their efforts in the wrong places. At APQC’s 2019 KM Conference, Happe discussed foundational principles for creating meaningful cultural change in the context of communities of practice.
