Change management is the facilitation required to change behaviors. KM efforts cannot mature without securing the support of the target audience and stakeholders; with their engagement, KM teams can build on successes for an increasingly formalized and effective KM program. This article focuses on an explanation of and examples for the capability statements in APQC's KM Capability Assessment Tool (CAT) for change management, ranging from levels 1 to 5 on APQC’s Levels of Knowledge Management Maturity.
