This is the second installment of the APQC Benchmarking Update. In this update, we are looking at cycle time metrics that help companies analyze the duration of accounts receivables processing; specifically billing, invoice-to-cash, and adjustments. The data presented is part of a set of Process Efficiency measures APQC collects that help companies optimize their customer invoicing process by minimizing waste and refining resource consumption.
