In December of 2016 APQC conducted a survey to understand the common challenges and priorities of process and performance management practitioners in 2017. 

This summary report looks at the top four priorities and challenges in: 

  • process management,
  • organizational performance management,
  • change management,
  • quality management,
  • project management, 
  • data and analytics, and
  • talent management.

The survey also explores trends in functional integration to create business or operational excellence.
