Kerri Batch

Kerri Batch is the College Head of Learning at Aitken College. Her areas of expertise include teacher capacity development, reflective teaching practice and leading learning innovation. She is passionate about the need for educational transformation in schools to better meet the challenges of the 21st Century.

Since beginning her time with Aitken College, Kerri has also held the positions of Director of Teaching & Learning, Head of English and Assistant Head of Middle School. She has been building a professional learning community ethos since 2004, creating opportunities for teachers to share ideas and expertise about their classroom practice through teams and peer coaching. She holds a Master of Education from the University of Melbourne, with a focus on curriculum development and assessment. Kerri has previously taught at Catholic College Sale, Wesley College and Alphington Grammar School.
