Kathy Fulton

Kathy Fulton is Executive Director for American Logistics Aid Network (ALAN). She leads the organization in delivering logistics information, services, and equipment to support disaster response and recovery efforts. Her passions include leveraging the unique skills of supply chain professionals to enable responsible disaster relief and building cross-sector collaborative relationships that support community resilience. Ms. Fulton is a member of FEMA’s Supply Chain Analysis Network, and co-chairs the National Emergency Management Association Private Sector Committee. Preceding her work with ALAN, Kathy was Senior Manager of Information Technology Services at Saddle Creek Logistics Services where she led IT infrastructure implementation and support, corporate systems, and business continuity planning.
