Organizations are looking to address the impending retirement of a generation of employees who have filled many of the roles associated with supply chain management. As part of this, they are aiming to find ways to attract Millennial professionals to the supply chain field and keep them in these roles. To do this, organizations must understand what motivates this group of professionals to accept a role in supply chain and what elements must be in place to ensure they can see themselves growing within the organization.
