Value of Benchmarking for Strategic Planning: Corporate versus Business Units



In January of 2014 APQC conducted a survey to understand the value of benchmarking for key business actives. The survey included questions on how organizations conduct benchmarking, what functions they benchmark, and what are their goals and measures.

This summary report looks at findings in strategic planning between respondents who are aligned with the corporate/enterprise and those aligned with business units/division.
