Value of Benchmarking in the Professional Services Industry



In January of 2014 APQC conducted a survey to understand the value of benchmarking for key business activities. The survey included questions on how organizations conduct benchmarking, the functions they benchmark, and their goals and measures. This summary report looks at findings in the top three business activities benchmarked within the professional services industry:
