APQC's December 2015 HCM/KM Community Call focused on accelerating the rate of learning for critical talent and how knowledge management (KM) approaches can support faster learning for employees. During the call, a guest speaker from a major computer technology firm shared what this looks like at his organization, including how KM principles are used to transfer knowledge. This article is a summary of the example the guest speaker shared.
