Using Dynamic Leadership to Prepare for the Future



Leadership is one of the top skills needed for a career in supply chain management. Recent human capital management research from APQC revealed that organizations embracing a more dynamic approach to leadership see clear benefits in that they report experiencing a smaller leadership skills gap and show less concern about a leadership skills shortage in the future.
