Using Change Management to Establish a Data-driven Culture



An increasing number of organizations are tapping into the power of analytics to improve performance and identify improvement opportunities. Although most organizations appreciate the value of analytics, their leaders have to figure how to embed analytics thinking into operations and decision making.  

During APQC’s 2016 Process Conference, APQC's Research Program Manager for Process and Performance Management Holly Lyke-Ho-Gland and Research Program Manager for Supply Chain Management Andrea Stroud provided a brief overview of how organizations use change management for establishing a data-driven culture.
