Updated Internal Controls Framework: An Interview with Protiviti's Jim DeLoach

In April 2015 APQC collaborated with Jim DeLoach, Managing Director in Protiviti’s Houston office, regarding the lessons learned by organizations implementing the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission’s (COSO) Internal Control – Integrated Framework 2013 Update. He has served on the COSO Advisory Council with respect to several COSO projects for eight years, and he is about to begin serving on the Advisory Council supporting COSO’s forthcoming enterprise risk management framework update project.  He has delivered numerous presentations on risk management to hundreds of companies and groups in 30 countries, many of whom he has worked with directly.
