Nine years ago, ManpowerGroup set out to harness the experience of local staff across multiple lines of business in over 80 countries around the world. The intent was to leverage employees’ collective expertise to improve service delivery and foster a culture of collaboration. Using a simple program that combines Web technology, business processes, and dedicated colleagues, ManpowerGroup’s work force has benefitted from the practical know-how captured in stories about helping clients overcome their challenges.
