Transferring Critical Knowledge to Maintain Competitiveness: Kraft Foods’ Knowledge Capture Journey

Details

During Kraft Foods' bifurcation from one company into two, there needed to exist a knowledge capture and transfer strategy to ensure a smooth transition and replication of knowledge for Mondelēz, the organization's second, international company. The ultimate result was a Knowledge Book, containing a comprehensive repository of knowledge in an editable PowerPoint form.

Nanako Mura and Jean-Francois Tendron discussed Kraft Foods' journey in capturing and transferring knowledge  at APQC's 2013 KM Conference.
