During Kraft Foods' bifurcation from one company into two, there needed to exist a knowledge capture and transfer strategy to ensure a smooth transition and replication of knowledge for Mondelēz, the organization's second, international company. The ultimate result was a Knowledge Book, containing a comprehensive repository of knowledge in an editable PowerPoint form.
