Traditional Organizations More Concerned About Leadership Shortages

Compared to employees working at organizations using a dynamic leadership style, employees working in traditional leadership organizations are significantly more concerned about their organization experiencing a shortage of leaders today and in the future. These are findings from an advanced analysis of data from APQC’s 2013 survey on the current state of leadership and this article reviews these results in detail.
