After years of using open submissions to collect internal knowledge assets, EY has shifted its content strategy toward a targeted knowledge collection program. At APQC's 2014 Knowledge Management (KM) Conference, Darrin Brogan and Peter Zurn of EY explained how their organization assesses content gaps, identifies users who can fill them, and then engages those users to take action.
