Organizations cannot simply design systems and frameworks to support business process management (BPM), give them to managers, and expect BPM to impact business results. Systematic approaches are necessary, but to achieve lasting results, BPM must be embedded into the organization systemically. Learn how best-practice organizations like the Florida Department of Revenue; United Illuminating Company; and the U.S. Army Armament Research, Development, and Engineering Center (ARDEC) achieved this level of BPM adoption.
