Supply Chain Talent Management as a Top Priority

What do organizations with a formal supply chain talent management program look like? In June 2013, APQC embarked on its Recruiting and Developing Talent in the Supply Chain study to investigate leading organizations’ talent management practices.

The results from a survey conducted as part of APQC’s study indicate that many organizations do not consider supply chain talent management a top priority. Those that do consider talent management a top priority use a variety of methods to evaluate future talent and retain their current employees.
