Summary of Open Standards Benchmarking Measures: Information Technology (IT) Organization

The APQC Open Standards Benchmarking® measure list provides a clear overview of all available measures for a specific survey. These measures are sorted by research area, the survey name, and finally, by category of measurement. Each measure is assigned a "metric group ID" number and includes its name, formula in English as computed by APQC, the formula in the survey's specific question numbers, and whether it is a key performance indicator for its related process.
