Structure Systematic Knowledge Elicitation as a Time-Bound Event

Systematic knowledge transfer requires participants to carve out time for activities that are above and beyond their normal job duties. For these approaches to succeed, the KM team must outline the limits and requirements of each engagement, including when it will begin and end, the number of hours involved, the outcomes that will be achieved, and the expectations of each participant.
