In 2008, APQC embarked on a Collaborative Research study to examine leading organizations’ work force planning practices and discover effective methods of anticipating and filling talent gaps. The APQC project team and subject matter experts from Infohrm focused their investigation on six organizations that were determined to have leading practices in strategic work force planning.
