Seamless collaboration is predicated on the idea that employees can develop trusting relationships that bridge any gap, be it geographical, functional, generational, experiential, or cultural. This type of collaboration is especially critical for product development (PD) teams, which must work together to turn ideas into solutions, make judgment calls, and solve complex technical challenges.
