Seamless Collaboration in Product Development

Seamless collaboration is predicated on the idea that employees can develop trusting relationships that bridge any gap, be it geographical, functional, generational, experiential, or cultural. In this article, APQC explores aspects of seamless collaboration important to PD teams using examples from Rockwell Collins, Lockheed Martin, and Kraft Foods.
