APQC's Seven Tenets of Process Management (strategic alignment, governance, process models, change management, performance and maturity, process improvement, and tools and technology) consistently bolster successful process management programs and initiatives. Moreover, they reduce the risk of facing resistance, since they allow organizations to clearly communicate process management's value and effectively assign their resources.
