At APQC's 2013 Process Conference, Constantine Kazakos of AARP discussed the organization's efforts to create greater efficiencies in delivering expertise and services, improve the quality of services, and improve the management of demand and cost savings.

Kazakos presented the business process management methods and tools that were utilized in the creation of service centers and centers of excellence.
